Terms of Service

By accessing and using ValetingNearMe ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ValetingNearMe Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

ValetingNearMe is an online platform that connects customers seeking valeting services with service providers who offer such services.

We provide the technology platform but do not provide valeting services ourselves. We are not a party to the agreements between customers and service providers.

The platform includes features such as:

• Directory of valeting service providers
• Booking and appointment scheduling
• Communication tools between customers and providers
• Review and rating system
• Business management tools for service providers

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

Service providers agree to provide services in a professional manner and maintain appropriate licenses and insurance as required by law.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ValetingNearMe Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

Service providers may be charged subscription fees for premium features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Payments between customers and service providers are handled directly between the parties. We do not process payments for services or take commissions.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected users with at least 30 days' notice.

Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features until payment is resolved.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Termination does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities of either party.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by service providers on our platform.

Users are responsible for evaluating service providers and making their own decisions about which services to use.

In no event shall ValetingNearMe Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform and may terminate your account.
